Regina Stitchery Guild

The Regina Stitchery Guild was founded in 1977 with the goal of promoting and encouraging stitchery. A member of the Embroiderers' Association of Canada, the National Standards Council of American Embroiderers, and the Saskatchewan Craft Council, the Guild provides beginner and experienced needle workers with opportunities to work and learn in a supportive environment. The Guild meets monthly from September to May and holds weekly stitch-ins in which various techniques are discussed and practiced. Members also have access to workshops, the Guild's lending library and monthly newsletter, retail discounts, stitching competitions, weekend retreats, and an annual members' show.
